European Women Payments Network and DEI Discussions - Women of fintech

The European Women Payments Network (EWPN) asked me to speak at the event in October 2023. Since the event will take place in Austria, I will have to skip it this year. We recorded a podcast for the DEI-discussions instead, thus women of fintech.

"If we can, we want to prevent any conflict because, most of the time, conflicts are already a sign that things have gone far too long and in a direction that they shouldn't go.”

We talked about prevention and integrity, about how morals, ethics, and integrity can be put at the forefront much more within organizations to support diversity, inclusivity, and equality in the long term. We talked about the concept of moresprudence, thus keeping track of moral deliberations, for which I have many systems and tools.
